Orders on toria.am are accepted through electronic shopping cart. To do this, click the shopping cart button next to the selected product and add it to your shopping cart. After confirming the order, our operator will call you at the specified phone number and will confirm the order. Payments may be made online or in cash.

If using toria.am, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following terms. In case of disagreement with the terms of use, you cannot use this website. This site is for adults only. You must acknowledge that you are at least 16 years of age, or you have a legal consent of parents, guardians and trustees to use the Site. You also acknowledge that you have full right to accept the terms, obligations, approvals, warranties and guarantees provided in these terms of use, and must accept these terms of use and be guided by them. In all cases, you confirm that your age exceeds 16 years, since this site is not intended for children under the age of 16 years. Use of Services by persons under the age of 16 years is a violation of these Terms of Use.
Delivery and Returns
Delivery is carried out throughout Armenia, for a fee dependant on the destination of the delivery point. The cost of delivery is 600-1200 AMD within the city of Yerevan, and 1500-50000 AMD throughout the Republic. When paying for the order, you are kindly asked to check the delivered product, appearance, quantity. If the payment for the product has already been made online, the product will be delivered to the payee. In this case, you may be required to provide a valid ID proving your identity. The courier has the right not to transfer the product if one of the above conditions has not been met or the payment was not made.
Public food is non-refundable. ToriaKarta is prepared to return the order only when there is a mistake with the delivered order. In such case, please contact the operator at +37460 48 00 48 to indicate the reasons for the return. It is also necessary to return the receipt along with the product, in an unused state and original packaging. After the return is made, the money is returned in the same form as the payment was made.
